The General Post Office reserves the right to update the above list when deemed necessary. If you do not agree to the above, you must discontinue your use of the website.
After logging into the system, users are required to identify the service(s) they will be remitting payment for, or select Misc. payments for services not listed, and enter information in the required fields.
General Post Office – Anguilla accepts the following credit/debit cards in USD transaction only: Visa & MasterCard.
You shall make payments for the services available via the online system via credit or debit card through the payment gateway provided by the third party chosen and provided by GENERAL POST OFFICE - ANGUILLA. To make any payment by using credit cards and/or debit cards through the designated payment gateway, you must agree to and comply with the separate service terms of the card issuers or of the payment gateway service providers which will be applicable to your payment transaction. Please ensure that you read those service terms carefully before making any payment.
General Post Office – Anguilla will NOT store your credit card details in our database or anywhere on the website.
Upon your successful payment, you will receive a receipt. The receipt will be sent to the email address entered at the time of signing on to the Online system and can also be printed directly from the system.
If your payment is unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. You will be required to verify the information entered and or contact your credit card provider for further information on the transaction.
Refunds are not available via the online system. If a customer wishes to dispute a payment they are required to contact the General Post Office at telephone # 264-497-2528 or send an email to postoffice@gov.ai outlining the reason for the dispute.
General Post Office – Anguilla may, on reasonable grounds, terminate your registration or restrict your access to the website at any time. Such reasonable grounds may include your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
